Cycling-friendly accommodation in Swansea Bay, Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula

Cyclists Welcome

Many accommodation providers in our area offer special facilities and arrangements for cyclists, as part of the Visit Wales-accredited 'Cyclists Welcome' scheme.

Accommodation is inspected on an annual basis, to ensure these businesses satisfy the Cyclists Welcome criteria. A successful inspection permits the accommodation provider to display the Cyclists Welcome badge.

Specific cyclist-friendly provisions should include an area for drying outdoor clothing and footwear, lockable bike storage, meal/catering arrangements that are more convenient for cyclists, freely available biking information, and other features which aim to make your stay as a cyclist more comfortable.
