Gower SA3 1HU
The Cross was originally two small cottages (parts of it may have been here for at least 200 years). Now a Gower holiday home it has been rebuilt and refurbished to a high standard, but the original charm of beamed ceilings and fireplaces has been retained, whilst maximising the use of the internal space to create spacious bedrooms and living areas. The property has enclosed rear and front gardens laid mostly to lawn, plus a patio with a barbecue, table and chairs. There is a lock up garage for one vehicle plus ample parking for two cars off road at rear.
Visitors choose to book Llangennith accommodation because of the village's idyllic setting. Situated in the heart of the Gower peninsula, South Wales, the village huddles round a central green and the church of St Cenydd, founded in the 6th century. There is a village pub and other fine places to eat just a short distance away. Groceries can be purchased (Easter to September) at the Broughton Farm Caravan Park, next to Broughton Beach, where there is car parking and also a children's playground.
