Start your ride at the heart of the Maritime Quarter (there are numerous car parks in and around the Marina).

Heading south towards the beach, pick up the seafront cycle route and head west. In front of you, you will be able to see your destination of Mumbles, as the cycle route sweeps around the Bay. Once on the promenade, follow the Celtic Trail Route 4 signs from Swansea.

There are numerous refreshment stops on the way, including the Junction Cafe at Blackpill or the West Cross Inn. Alternatively, upon arrival at Mumbles visit the renowned Verdi's ice cream parlour on the seafront, or historic Mumbles Pier which offers a choice of entertainment and refreshment facilities.
