The golden Gower beach has been named one of the best for families in the UK.

Port Eynon has been named one of the country's top 15 family-friendly beaches in a survey carried out by Nivea Sun and the Royal Lifesaving Society.
Richard Lewis, Gower councillor and Lord Mayor of Swansea, said: "Beaches on Gower have won an enormous amount of awards over the years, and this latest honour for Port Eynon comes in the wake of the beach yet again receiving a Blue Flag in recognition of its quality."
More than 1,500 parents throughout the UK were questioned about beaches during the survey, and the importance of factors such as cleanliness, safety, parking and toilets.
Water quality, the presence of lifeguards in summer and the closeness of rock pools are among the areas where the guide says Port Eynon scored particularly highly.
