Summer Fun at the LC
This summer at the LC there is even more to see and do. As well as the fantastic waterpark, the 30ft climbing wall and the interactive play area there will be some special guest appearances which you can get involved in for free!
Every Monday there will be a chance to show us your dance moves on the ZigZag dance mats. They will be in the reception area between 11am and 2pm. The LC Gym team will be there to show you how it's done, they have been practicing hard ,so come and have a go and see if you can beat their top scores!
Every week there will be a magic at the LC! Magician, Ash Rose, has already been wowing staff and visitors alike with all sorts of magic tricks. He will be with us between 11am and 2pm every Tuesday and Thursday of the summer holidays.
The Set4sport Roadshow will be taking place on Friday 19th August in the LC. This is a great chance for the whole family to come along and learn some great games to play at home which will help teach balance, coordination and team work! Judy Murray - Andy Murray's mum, will be here to demonstrate the games and every family that attends will receive a free book with all games inside. Watch this space for more information!
And if clowning around is more up your street, then Circus Eruptions will be at the LC teaching circus skills on Saturday 20th August from 11am until 3pm.
Of course the real star of the show is the LC's own Tommy the Turtle! He will be out and about every day over the holidays and will be having ago at all the activities that will be happening at the LC, he will even be keeping his own Blog with pictures and stories about all of his adventures this summer.
