Why not visit Father Christmas at our Grotto and even pick your very own present from
our Elves Workshop. Each Child will get the chance to complete their own personal Christmas Letter before handing it to the jolly man himself when visiting his Grotto. Following which they will go in the Elves Workshop where they can pick any present they desire from the array of beautiful toys we have on offer. If you want whilst you’re there why not grab your own Reindeer Sprinkles or Christmas Eve Cookies ready for the big day!

For many children diagnosed with Autism, a trip to Santa’s Grotto can be a frightening mix of large crowds and loud noises. Therefore, we have decided to launch our Santa’s Grotto Quiet Hour – this will be an hour set aside in the morning before the crowds come in where we will be turning down the music, and lights to make Santa’s Grotto more enjoyable and less distressing, so all children can enjoy the Christmas magic. We will be selling very limited numbers of tickets for these hours so pre-booking is essential.
Santa’s Grotto Quiet Hour is an hour set aside where there will be reduced waiting times and quieter music. These sessions are open to any with a cognitive, sensory or physical disability.
