Swansea International Jazz Festival 2024
15 - 17 June

Dylan Day is a new international day to celebrate the life and work of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, led by Literature Wales. It will be held each year on 14 May, the dateUnder Milk Wood was first read on stage at 92Y The Poetry Center, New York in 1953.

The Dylan Thomas Centre will be holding the following events on Thursday 14 May:

Under Milk Wood Twitter Exchange #4 (10.00am – 4.00pm)

We present further conversations from the residents of Llareggub, as extracts of Dylan’s ‘play for voices’ are tweeted throughout the day. Follow us @DTCSwansea to join in.
