GOWER GOOD FOOD FESTIVAL 2019

Gower Good Food Festival 2019

Date: Sunday 26th – Monday 27th May

Location: Gower Heritage Centre

The Gower Heritage Centre has been holding successful foodie events for years now, and the Gower Good Food Festival is no exception. Back for its third year, the festival is back by popular demand, and this year will be held from Sunday 26th May to Monday 27th May.

Come along to then Gower Heritage Centre for a day of sampling some of the best and most delicious food and beverages the Gowers local producers have to offer. Pick up something to tantalise your taste buds to take away with you, or devour the delicacy then and there! Support your local food growers on this fab day out, with quizzes, puppet shows, crafts and stories for the younger ones, as well as plenty of fun to be had in our play areas and animal park!

It’s not all just about sampling tasty food though, as the organisers have also lined up an array of activities to take part in, including guided tours of the mill and animal feeding sessions – the latter of which is sure to appeal to the youngest of visitors. There’s something for everyone at this family-friendly event, even blacksmith and glass blowing demonstrations and the chance to get crafty in workshops for pottery and making hand-puppets. For some retro fun, keep an eye out for Punch & Judy shows.
