This ain’t no DJ set! Ministry of Sound takes on the very best tunes hand picked from dance music history and recreated in a breath-taking orchestral performance by an incredible 30-piece orchestra.
The grounds of Singleton Park will provide the perfect backdrop for an incredible live music spectacle as Ministry of Sound Classical hits Swansea next summer on the 22nd of July 2023.
Clubs do not come more iconic than Ministry of Sound. The legendary London venue was at the heart of the huge house scene of the 1990s and is one of the biggest global brands in dance music.
Ministry of Sound Classical sees your favourite dance tracks re-orchestrated, re-imagined, and re-lived by a breath-taking 30-piece orchestra, top DJs, stunning vocalists, and a sound and light experience like no other.

Roger Sanchez Four-time DJ Awards winner for “Best House DJ” in 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2007 and has received twelve nominations in total, is a house music legend. He won a Grammy Award for his remix of “Hella Good” by No Doubt in 2003 and is best known for his song “Another Chance”, which was an international hit in 2001. He won the first International Dance Music Award for Best Podcast in 2007 and has received 8 IDMA nominations for Best American DJ.
K-Klass are responsible for some of the biggest house tracks ever made. They are all about entertaining and playing for the crowd. One of the biggest ever-selling K-Klass releases. Originally released in 1993 and reaching Number 13 in the UK National Charts “Let Me Show You” has been a constantly played, stone-cold house classic ever since.

Local legend Big Al, a former favourite of nightclub Escape, provides the opening, and some wistful memories of the former Swansea institution Escape nightclub.
