Join Kate Jones at the National Waterfront Museum for a fascinating talk on The Mumbles Lifeboat William Gammon, 1947-74. Describing how the work of the lifeboat station continued after the l947 lifeboat disaster – the dedication of the crews, led by Coxswains William Garner and Derek Scott, and their brave and dramatic rescues during a time of great post-war changes.

Followed by a signing of her new book on the history of Mumbles Lifeboat Station.
