The cottage is in the heart of Newton village (Gower), just above Mumbles, & benefits from a private Courtyard garden. Close by is a Convenience Store/Newsagent; one of the best Butchers/Deli/ Greengrocers in the area; & 2 pubs. Within a 10-15 minute downhill walk are the sandy bays of Langland and Caswell - both of which lie on the Gower section of The Wales Coastal Path - as does Mumbles, with its eclectic range of local shops, restaurants, pubs, & the renowned Mumbles Pier stretching out into Swansea Bay.

A 3 storied property, its entrance, hallway, kitchen, dining room, large shower room & utility room are all on the same (middle) level.

The fitted Kitchen features an 8-ring gas range cooker with 2 ovens & a grill, whilst other appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, microwave & freezer. The Utility room houses a washing machine & tumble dryer. The Shower room has a rectangular shower cubicle with shower tower, a wall-hung vanity unit c/w wash basin, & a WC. The Dining room has a table & chairs for 6, features a log burner, & has Stairs that lead down to ..

From the Hallway, stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms. Within the large front Bedroom is a double bed, traditional (late Edwardian) furniture & 2 windows - one of which has some views of Swansea Bay. The back Bedroom contains 1 Super-King bed providing great flexibility (i.e. 'as is', or set up as 2 x 3ft wide beds)

Externally there is a Courtyard Garden, containing a range of shrubs, a patio with a rattan-style settee, chairs & coffee table, a Studio-cum-storage-area & a Chiminea/BBQ. The garden also has rear access.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Travel cot, toddler bed & highchair available. Maximum of 2 large, or 3 small, well-behaved dogs welcome.
