Worm's Head at Rhossili

Walking is particularly good here - amateurs can stroll along Swansea Bay Promenade while serious walkers can hike the Worm at Rhossili Bay (pictured) or attempt the Gower Way.

Moutain Biking in Afan Forest Park
mountain biker*

With some of the best surfing and watersport  beaches in the UK and the second greatest tidal range in the world, Swansea Bay is THE place to try windsurfing, kitesurfing or kitebuggying. You can also go sailing, canoeing or waterskiing....the list is endless!

Back on dry land, and we're showing no sign of slowig down: there is still lots of activities to try: coasteering, caving, climbing, horse riding and of course - golf!

We've also got fantastic opportunities for off-road mountainbiking and cycling too. In fact, Afan Forest Park was listed as one of the world's 'Top 10 places to ride'!

Get your adrenaline going with quadbiking, the popular way to see the valleys! It's fun and will get you out and about!
