Women’s Surf & Yoga Weekend in Gower

This is a women’s surf & yoga weekend which will be based in Llangenith at Hillend Beach. Ladies of all ages and abilities are welcome (though you are required TO BE ABLE TO SWIM 50M and be comfortable in the water, you will be kept within your depth in the sea).
The weekend will include 2 nights accommodation in a lovely self-catered house in Llangenith, 2 Surf Lessons with Progress Surf School (Equipment Included) and 2 Yoga Sessions with Breath of Life Yoga . Numbers will be limited so make sure you book your space!
If you’ve never surfed before or just want to improve your skills it will be a great chance to do this and have loads of FUN.
