Get your skates on!

The Skate, Street and Sport Festival returns to Castle Square on Saturday 21 May, celebrating the launch of ParkLives in Swansea.

And this year promises to be bigger and better. Plus, it’s still free!

From 10.30am – 4.30pm, Castle Square will be filled with ramps, rails and quarter pipes, so whatever your choice of wheels, there will be chance to get involved. Or if you prefer to observe, just sit back and enjoy a high flying action demonstration from the experts!

It’s much more than skating too – there’ll be plenty to see and do with live music, stage entertainment, dance performances and activities throughout the day.

Featuring:

Lockdown, Exist Skatepark (CUSP), KBAM Ltd. Parkour, Dani Dee’s School of Dance, Dance Wales UK, Solar Dance, THARS, IDA Dance Company.

With music from DJ Daz and activities with Active Swansea, Gower Riders, Bikeability, Streetsports Swansea, Wheelrights, Welsh Cycling, Swansea City Roller Derby, Reaper Roller Derby and more, you’ll be sure to have a great day out!
