CREATIVE STITCH
An evening of stitching in texture and colour with designer Jenny Lee Katz.
In this introductory workshop Jenny will show you techniques to create textured and colourful stitches on a fabric sampler.
No experience or knowledge of embroidery needed; everything will be shown in the class. From threading a needle, to using an embroidery hoop and the basic embroidery stitches.
Once you have learnt the basic stitches and feel confident Jenny will supply you with her own designed printed fabric that you can stitch and embellish creating your own unique piece of artwork.
This workshop is perfect for someone who is new to sewing or who needs a little confidence boost.
