Located on Portland Street near Castle Square, Santa will be taking up residence in his Grotto on Portland Street from 18 November to 21 December to grant Christmas wishes and spread festive cheer!
The little ones will be greeted by Santa’s Elves before meeting Santa himself. All visitors to the grotto will receive a Christmas gift. There will also be an opportunity to have a photo taken with Santa.
£4.75 (PTL £4.25) per child to see Santa.
£5.75 (PTL £5.25) per child to see Santa and have a photograph.

Post letters to Santa at Waterfront Winterland 
To ensure Santa receives your letter on time, please write to him by no later than Friday 9 December.

Santa will respond to as many letters as possible, in between getting the sleigh ready for the long journey on Christmas Eve.
In your letter please write clearly your name and address and attach either a 1st or 2nd class stamp to the envelope.
