Penclawdd Brass Band (founder & conductor Tony Small) presents its 50th Anniversary Concert with guests:
Pontarddulais Male Choir (conducted by Clive Phillips).
The Band’s President Sir Karl Jenkins, will conduct the first performance of a new composition he has written to commemorate the Band’s special occasion.
Two former Band members to have achieved high acclaim as professional musicians, will showcase their musical talents:
Gareth Small (Principal Trumpet of the Hallé Orchestra) and
Jazz trumpeter Andy Davies (Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, London).
They will be joined by well-known local Soprano: Ros Evans.
Master of Ceremonies will be another very talented Swansea musician: Mal Pope.
