Sea Watch has been completely renovated & finished with stylish boutique style decor throughout. Sea views across Swansea Bay from the lounge, master bedroom & kitchen . The house has a seafront location. There are 5 smart TVs (1 in each bedroom, the lounge & kitchen ) In the kitchen there is a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, wine cooler & Nespresso machine. The spacious utility room has a washer-dryer. There is wet suit drying area outside in an enclosed secure backyard. The front garden has AstroTurf & seating. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are king size but can be split in to twins. The 3rd bedroom is a double bunk with a single above . There are 2 bathrooms, each with blue tooth mirrors. Parking directly outside is possible with visitor permit available online from Swansea City Council or in the pay & display car park opposite (£6 per day). The house is a short & pleasant walk along the promenade in to Mumbles , the castle & the pier. In summer the land train stops opposite the house & the bus stop is just a few metres away. The popular beaches of Rotherslade, Langland & Caswell are just minutes away by car or walkable on the wales coastal path . The lighthouse & pretty Bracelet Bay are just around the corner.
