This free two-day celebration of live music showcases an eclectic mix of genres, from indie-rock and jazz to pop and folk, featuring some of the region’s most exciting talent.

Joseph Lewis

Opening Saturday’s lineup at Amplitude is Joseph Lewis, a young singer-songwriter from Llanelli. Inspired by the sounds and storytelling of acoustic Americana greats such as Jason Isbell, Ryan Adams, and Bob Dylan, Joseph has a real passion for writing and performing his own material.

Joseph Lewis will be performing on Saturday 16 August at 1pm.

Whilbur

Taking the stage after Joseph on Saturday will be Whilbur, an original folk band based on Gower, known for their genre-blending sound and infectious energy.

With a style that fuses indie rock with experimental twists, their music is both unpredictable and deeply engaging. Whether you're a local music lover or just discovering the scene, Whilbur’s set at Amplitude Festival promises to be a standout moment in a weekend packed with talent.

Kizzy Crawford

Kizzy Crawford is a bilingual Welsh singer-songwriter whose music blends soul, folk, and jazz with a distinctive contemporary edge. With roots in both Wales and Barbados, her rich, expressive voice and genre-crossing sound have made her a standout talent in the contemporary Welsh music scene.

Kizzy plays Amplitude on Saturday 16 August at 3pm.

James T Morgan

Swansea-based musician, James T Morgan is known for his emotive songwriting and live performances. Blending indie, folk, and ambient influences, he’s performed at events like the Swansea Fringe Festival and has recently released his debut EP, In Our Endless Day. His music captures a reflective and atmospheric style that resonates with audiences.

Ratoon

Born out of the creative chaos of the pandemic, Ratoon are a South Wales based alt-rock band known for their high-energy sound and emotional depth. Formed via social media, the band Jack Garrett, Sam Davies, Matti Huxtable, and Eifion Davies, blend pop punk, ska, and British rock, and have quickly gained attention with tracks like Missing and Hunting for Sheep.

The Fiends

Swansea’s The Fiends are a five-piece alternative indie rock band known for their punk edge and high-energy live shows. Formed during the pandemic, they quickly gained attention with their debut single Glitz & Glamour and have since built a loyal following through sold-out gigs and a string of gritty, melodic releases. Drawing influence from bands like Fontaines D.C. and Arctic Monkeys, The Fiends bring raw emotion and rebellious spirit to the stage.

Who’s Molly

Emerging from Swansea’s vibrant music scene, Who’s Molly? are a dynamic indie rock band whose anthemic sound and heartfelt lyrics have captured audiences across the UK and beyond.

Formed in 2017 by childhood friends Karl Morgan, Matt Williams, Rhys Morgan, and Huw Jenkins, the band has built a reputation for crafting cinematic tracks that have found homes in global film trailers, sports broadcasts, and commercials. With a DIY spirit rooted in their home studio and a sound likened to The Killers meets Imagine Dragons, Who’s Molly? continue to rise, most recently supporting McFly and releasing their latest single “Night Driver” in June 2025.

Manon is a Welsh song writer from Swansea. Manon writes songs in Welsh, English and French.

Blending folk-inspired melodies with a deeply intuitive approach to creativity, Hermione Wild brings a unique voice to Amplitude Swansea. A musician, artist, and spiritual practitioner, her performances are heartfelt and healing, offering audiences a moment of reflection and connection. Expect an authentic, soul-nourishing set from one of Swansea’s most multidimensional talents.

Guy Nicholas Challenger

Guy Nicholas Challenger is a Swansea-based musician and songwriter, known for his emotionally rich work under the names Normal Behaviour and Westvale Prince. His music blends alternative rock, folk, and emo influences, exploring themes of identity and mental health with raw honesty and creative depth.

Guy takes to the Amplitude stage on Sunday 17 August at 3pm.

FreeFall.

Emerging from the vibrant music scene of Swansea, FreeFall. are quickly making waves with their electrifying blend of post-punk energy and melodic introspection.

Known for their dynamic live performances and emotionally charged tracks like Head's Underwater, the band has built a loyal following across South Wales and beyond.

Watch out for their debut EP ‘Fire’, released on 15 August.

With recent appearances in London and Bristol, FreeFall. are set to bring their raw, immersive sound to the Amplitude stage, promising a set that’s as powerful as it is unforgettable.

Siglo Six

Siglo 6, part of the vibrant Siglo Section Collective, bring a dynamic blend of jazz and modern funk to Amplitude Swansea. Mainly led by Loz Collier, this smaller ensemble showcases some of South Wales’ finest young musicians, playing modern UK jazz and neo-soul tunes in performances that deliver high-energy and celebrate creativity and community.

Siglo 6 will be at Amplitude on Sunday 17 August at 5pm.

Disco Panther

Closing out Amplitude Swansea with style, Disco Panther deliver a high-energy blend of funk, groove, and party vibes. Known for their infectious rhythms and crowd-moving sets, this local favourite promises a vibrant end to the festival, celebrating Swansea’s creative spirit with flair.
