Facilities
CASWELL BAY CHANGING PLACES - NOTICE 23/07/2026: Due to significant structural damage caused by water ingress, the Changing Places facility at Caswell Bay is no longer available for use. The unit has been dismantled and will be replaced with a more robust structure designed to better withstand year‑round conditions and high levels of use. A new design has been approved, and a contractor has been appointed to deliver the replacement facility. We are currently awaiting confirmation of construction timescales and will provide further updates as soon as they are available. Swansea Council remains fully committed to providing a durable, high‑quality Changing Places facility that meets the needs of all users. We would like to thank the public for their patience and understanding while this essential work is carried out. Please note: the toilets, including the accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, remain open and unaffected.
