Swansea Promenade Walking Route
Beginning in Swansea, walk along Swansea Bay’s famous Promenade, site of the world’s first passenger railway, with views across the Bay to Mumbles Head. Passing several famous landmarks such as the art deco Guildhall, the Patti Pavilion and two of Swansea’s most famous parks, Singleton Park and Clyne Gardens. Once in Mumbles reward yourself with an ice-cream from one of the Welsh Italian ice-cream parlours before exploring the village. You can hop on the bus to get back into the city centre or, during the summer months and bank holidays, enjoy a ride along the bay aboard the Bay Rider Land Train!
