Overlooking Swansea Bay, enjoy Afternoon Tea the Bistrot way at Bistrot Pierre in Mumbles, combining both British high tea favourites and French classics.  Tuck into savoury croissants and sandwiches, fruit scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam, followed by a selection of patisseries, featuring Victoria sponge, chocolate fudge cake and Eton mess. Served with tea or coffee – or glam it up with a glass of French sparkling wine. Available every day between 2:30pm and 5pm. Advance booking is required.

Bluebell Coffee and Kitchen

Bluebell Coffee and Kitchen in Sketty offers a luxury Afternoon Tea experience, perfect for celebrations of any kind. Indulge yourself in three tiers of delicious homemade sweets and savouries, paired with speciality drinks. Larger group bookings and baby showers can also be catered for. Afternoon Tea is available by pre-booking only, with at least 24 hours’ notice.  

Cwtch Corner

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a delightful homemade Afternoon Tea at Cwtch Corner Coffee Shop in Clydach – it’s the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a relaxed catch‑up. Afternoon Tea Includes a selection of freshly made sandwiches, seasonal savouries, homemade scones and a variety of delicious patisseries, along with one hot drink per person. Private bookings are available in the beautiful barn area, with smaller parties welcome in the coffee shop, and takeaway options are also offered. Guests are welcome to bring their own prosecco with no corkage charge. As everything is freshly made to order, advance booking is essential. 

Dylan Thomas Birthplace

Indulge in a signature Afternoon Tea at The Birthplace and Family Home of Dylan Thomas. After your self-guided tour, enjoy a family-style Afternoon Tea whilst listening to some of Dylan’s work. Typical teas include a bounty of beautifully baked scones with cream and strawberry jam, Welsh cakes, pastries or maybe a naughty cake, and a selection of succulent sandwiches. All served with a hearty Welsh brew served in a set of antique Edwardian china. Bookings must be made at least five days in advance. Minimum group size of two. 

Morgans Hotel

You're sure to have a wonderful time with your family and friends enjoying Afternoon Tea at Morgans Hotel in the heart of the city. Served in the hotel’s elegant Banqueting Hall, Morgans’ Afternoon Tea features a wide range of delicious savoury and sweet treats, including many traditional and Welsh favourites and some new additions for Summer 2026 which are sure to leave you and your guests impressed! 

Afternoon Tea at Morgans Hotel is served with unlimited tea and coffee, or guests can upgrade to add a refreshing glass of Prosecco, a cool cocktail, bottle of Champagne or any other beverage they fancy! Afternoon Tea is served on select dates only and tables must be pre-booked. 

Parc-Le-Breos

Enjoy a sumptuous Gower Afternoon Tea at Parc-Le-Breos. Sit back and relax on the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. In the cooler months you can enjoy the period dining room with roaring log fire or the wonderfully light and airy conservatory with views over the surrounding landscaped grounds. Add a chilled glass of Prosecco, or a local cider or ale. Afternoon Tea is served all year around, Wednesday through to Saturday from 2.30pm. Advance booking is essential.

The Welsh House at SA1 Waterfront champions the very best of Welsh produce. Enjoy freshly made sandwiches, savoury favourites like Leek & Cheddar Welsh cakes, and sweet treats including traditional Welsh cakes served with Daffodil clotted cream & strawberry jam. Each element celebrates authentic local flavours. Pair with Welsh Brew Tea, Welsh Coffee Co. coffee, or upgrade to a glass of fizz. Served Monday to Saturday, 12pm–5pm. Must be booked 24 hrs in advance.

Three Cliffs Coffee Shop

It offers a warm welcome and a tempting spread of homemade cakes and savoury bites, served with quality Gower Coffee or a classic pot of tea. Many walkers pop in after a coastal stroll to enjoy the friendly, family‑run atmosphere, with a choice of cosy indoor tables or relaxed outdoor seating.
