Rhossili to Penmaen is a relatively long but rewarding walk, best suited to experienced walkers.

|Terrain:||The walk covers field, farm tracks, climbing steps, woodland and moorland.|
|Start:||The former Coastguard Lookout building opposite Worm’s Head (the building is now a CCW information centre).|
|Distance covered:||8 miles / 13 km.|
|Average time:||4-5 hours.|
|Car parking:||Available at Rhossili (private parking fee).|
|Refreshments:||Available at Worm’s Head Hotel and shop (near car park), petrol station (en route), King Arthur Hotel in Reynoldston.|
|Public toilets:||Available at bottom of Rhossili car park, Worm’s Head Hotel, petrol station and King Arthur Hotel.|
|Be prepared:||Strong shoes or boots and waterproof clothing are advisable.|
|Safety Information:||Beware of traffic on roads.|
