Competition Terms and Conditions

Swansea Christmas Giveaway T&C’s
1.Competition is only open to those over the age of 18.
2.A maximum of one entry per prize.
3.This competition is open to UK residents only.
4.Each prize will have an expiry / used by date, and some prizes may not be used at certain days of the year.
5.Please be aware each prize may have their own T&C’s.
6.All prizes containing food will need to be consumed by the used by date, we will not responsible if they are consumed after this date.
7.Deadline for receiving entries is 1st January, please be aware some prizes will be announced prior to this date, for example food items or prizes events that are planned for a certain date.
8.The winner will be contacted by the City and County of Swansea with details of their prize.
9.The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative to the stated prize.
10.Each winner will be chosen at random this decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12.This competition is not open to any person in the team involved in the running of the competition, or their immediate family members.
13.City and County of Swansea reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage.
14.City and County of Swansea are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused when using the prize.
15.If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, City and County of Swansea Council reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
16.The winner will have to collect the prize from the Guildhall, and provide ID.
