Swansea hosts another summer of world class sport in 2026, with the Ironman 70.3 Swansea returning on 12 July!
Thousands of competitors will take on the Swansea course, showing off our incredible City, Bay and Gower. From professionals competing to qualify for major events, to everyday competitors challenging themselves to complete this incredible endurance race, they'll be cheered on by thousands of spectators, family and friends.
Athletes and spectators can expect a fantastic route in a race destination offering scenic beauty with the historic SA1 dockside, Gower Peninsula and the rolling green hills, pastures and rich agriculture of Rural Swansea.
