Swansea Arts Weekend

From 4th to 6th October 2024, Swansea Arts Weekend showcased creative arts, celebrating local and international artists, performers, and creatives in South Wales. With plenty for both adults and families to enjoy, the event offered a wide variety of shows, interactive experiences, and fun activities across many of Swansea’s attractions, art galleries, event spaces, and entertainment venues..

Bringing together artists, musicians, singers, comedians, poets, dancers, photographers, the community had a chance to be immersed in culture, arts and creativity in the heart of the city.

With three headline events – all featuring workshops, performances, exhibitions, free activities and more – Swansea Arts Weekend entertained, inspired, and connected both visitors and locals.

Whether you’d love to take part in a creative workshop, experience dance performance, enjoy an interactive art exhibition, stroll through your favourite art gallery, discover a new comedian or live band, the Arts Weekend had activities, exhibitions and performances for you to enjoy.
