Swansea Sea Festival
Set sail for a free weekend of adventure, culture and coastal celebration in the heart of Swansea’s Maritime Quarter on 8 - 9 August!
Swansea Sea Festival promises a fun and immersive way to discover and celebrate our rich maritime history through interactive family activities, heritage displays, live entertainment, and much more, shining a light on the people, stories and industries that shaped our city. Join us and experience Swansea at its very best, by the sea!
From the small medieval quayside through the industrial revolution’s development of several large docks, servicing a once flourishing copper smelting industry, to the vibrant waterfront city we see today, Swansea’s story has been shaped by the sea.

Day's Motor Group & Chery at the Swansea Sea Festival – supporting the Chinese Origami Boat & Fish making activities.

Day's Motor Group is proud to support the Chinese Origami Boat & Fish making children’s activities at this year's Swansea Sea Festival — one of Wales's most loved celebrations of the sea, community, and coastline.
As South Wales's trusted automotive group for over 100 years, Day's has been part of the local community for generations. This year, we're excited to bring something new to the festival: Chery, one of the world's fastest-growing car brands, now available for the first time right here in Swansea.
Whether you're here for the music, the food, or the spectacular seafront views, we hope you'll take a moment to discover what Chery is all about. Bold design, impressive value, and a growing range of electrified vehicles — it's a brand worth getting to know.
Come and find us at the festival and say hello. We'd love to meet you.
