Entry

Once you’ve collected your wristband you will be able to leave and re-enter the festival during open hours.

You can bring your own deck chairs or foldable chairs into the venue. We only ask that if for any reason our security team need you to move that you do so kindly.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Security can, at their discretion, enforce a maximum of 2 under 18s to be escorted by 1 responsible adult.  Strictly no alcohol for under 18’s.

 

What to wear

Bring appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. This is an outdoor event held on Swansea Bay Beach.

 

Travel

The main event entrance onto the beach is on Mumbles Road opposite the Bay View Bar & Thai Dining SA1 3UL

Allow enough time for your journey and to enter the site due to additional security checks.

Do plan your travel in advance for the event. There are no planned road works in the city this weekend. You can check for any changes to there here: www.roadworks.org

Road closures to ensure safe egress from the event will be in place on Mumbles Road from approximately 10:45 – 01:00

 

Getting here

Car Parking

Event parking will be on the Recreation ground SA2 0AU. Cost is £10 per car per day. Egress between 23:00 and 00:15 will be via Brynmill lane. Car park surface is gravel but overflow carparks are grass. There is an approximate 800m walk to the concert entrance

 

Taxi / Drop off / pick up

The designated pick up and drop off is the Brangwyn Hall SA1 3UR

 

Bus

There are no park & ride facilities for this event.

Bus stops for public transport are located on Mumbles Road but please check with your bus provider regards pick up locations during the Mumbles Road closure from 2300.

 

Train

The closest rail station is Swansea High Street which is approx 2 Km away. A taxi rank is situated outside the station. Please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk to check ahead for any planned engineering works that may affect your journey.

 

Photo ID

If you wish to purchase alcohol, please bring valid photographic ID (Valid Passport with hologram, Full or Provisional UK Photo Card Driving Licence, A proof of age card, endorsed by Pass, the Proof of Age Standards Scheme, with hologram), Tunes Festivals Ltd operate a ‘Challenge 25’ age verification policy.
